Our Planning Process

1. Free initial consultation. You will be able to interview us and we will endeavor to understand your objectives.

2. Information Gathering. We will review prior planning documents, asset information, and assist you with the determination of actors (Executors, Guardians, Trustees, Agents, Beneficiaries) for your planning.

3. Drafting of plan documents. Based on our conversations and information gathering, we will provide draft documents for your review.

4. Review of Draft Documents. We will provide you summaries and flowcharts of documents as necessary so that you have a full understanding of the planning goals. We can meet as necessary to provide you comfort that your planning matches your wishes.

5. Signing session. Once you confirm that your draft documents can be finalized, we will set a time to sign the documents with the appropriate authority.

6. Funding stage. We will provide you instructions and work with you as necessary to ensure your assets are appropriately incorporated into your new plan.
